I saw this rack at a friend's house and decided to buy the same. This is a well-designed and sturdy product. The product comes with an unusual level of customer care, from a good assembly notice to the supply of a quality screw driver and finally a little note form the seller with a gift (bamboo bookmark). The assembly note should perhaps be a little clearer but overall this is a quality item, which also looks good. The design which includes a top and a bottom shelves is perfect.

I usually don't write a negative review. But for this one, I would give it a zero star if I can. I don't know where the good reviews come from. Thumbs down for three reasons. First it is very flimsy. But it is not a big problem for me, as I do not intend to hang many clothes on it. Second it is designed with flaw. All the bars and pieces are two bamboo pieces glued together with the screw holes in between the two pieces. It concerned me when I started to assemble it but I go ahead nonetheless. But when I tried to tighten the screws, it began to crack. Third is there is a slip of paper come with the product saying that if you give a review, you can get $5 refund. I am not sure whether only good reviews will lead to refund, hence there are many good reviews on the website. I totally believe they should refund me that $5 dollar for all my efforts to put it up and the put it down. A piece of trash indeed.

Extremely easy to put together. I did it by myself, with only the tool enclosed in the box and it took me less than 30 minutes. Seems sturdy enough. The only downside is that it is extremely short. This may be 5ft...May be. Might work better for kids clothing. I’m a 5’8” adult and plan to use it for the week’s work clothing. It’ll work but I would’ve wanted something a little taller.

This had the potential to be a good product, but I received a piece that was already splintered right out of the box. Other pieces had predrilled holes that were drilled too close to the edges--causing immediate splintering the moment they touched the screws.
