Q: Is this the old formula as pictured or the new formula with trihydroxystearin in it?

Sorry, I don't know. I ordered mine last October. After the mess I received I decided never to order liquids from Amazon again. The lid had popped open and ALL the shampoo leaked into the box. The lid wasn't secured by anything nor was the bottle wrapped in plastic. Amazon replaced the ruined book but the company selling the shampoo wanted me to send the left over shampoo back! I would say if you are going to order just don't order anything with it.

Q: Is this shampoo in the exact bottle as shown? There is an original version of the shampoo (bottle in pic) want the old original not the newer formula

Sorry, I don't remember the bottle. Mine arrived damaged with shampoo leaking all over the inside of the box, ruining a book that was in the order. Tossed box and contents. I won't be ordering any liquids with other items again.
