Peanut Butter Cup Type, Natural & Artificial has a flavor profile reminiscent of the popular Hershey candy. This dark brown in color, nut free extract was developed for alcoholic beverages. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.50% in most alcoholic beverages. In beer start at 0.20% and adjust to taste. This flavor requires an artificial flavor label declaration. It is TTB approved for use in beer, cider, wine and spirits.
