Does the sealer change the color of the grout at all? Does it darken a light colored grout? thanks.

no, no color changes are apparent or visible, but the "Bulletproof" stone sealer I used on my marble bathroom vanity top did not protect it from PINESOL, which has now stained the marble, thanks to my girlfriend using PINESOL to clean the marble...it is now damaged forever.

I want to seal the grout on my tile floor. How often would I need to re-apply? In other words, how long does this last?

It should last you a very long time. 2-3 years. Especially if you're just cleaning the tile with water and mild soap every so often. If you're cleaning with high heat steamer or vinager, you may have to reseal every 12-18 months. Hope this helps. Oh, and i would put two coats on, and only after you've cleaned the tile and grout thoroughly and let dry for at least 24 hours.

Yes, it protects grout & makes cleaning easier.

Do you mix with water or use straight from the bottle?

Right out of the bottle. I bought a rolled felt type applicator the wasn't worth a bean as this is as thin as water and it just dripped all over the tile. Use a small foam brush, it's easier.
