This is a perfect foam roller. It is not to soft and not to hard. I have used this foam roller on carpet and hardwood floors with no issues.I had been seeing a chiropractor for sessions every week after my physical therapy appointments.Ever since I started using this foam roller at home I am now down to once a month appointments with the chiropractor.Even my chiropractor said the foam roller has helped the flexibility in my back significantly

I like the high-density of this foam roller. My physical therapist is using one similar to this, and it works quite well to position my knee for therapy. I use it on my bed, but it is dense enough to keep its position even on a soft surface. I expect to get lots of use out of this product for a long time to come as I try to strengthen my leg muscles and postpone knee replacement.

This thing has been perfect for massaging my overworked back. It feels and sounds a little cheap, but it's sturdy, effective, and very affordable.

This thing is great and can work wonders for mobility. However, it is quite large. I am not sure that traveling with it is a good idea. It looks exactly like the picture too, very bright and vibrant

Ive been going to physical therapy for six months now. They had this at their place of business. I use it for lower back pain. Its amazing. I lie on it and roll. My back is good throughout the day. I don't know why it works but it does. Great find.

Never having had a foam roller before, I didn't know what to expect. It turns out to be a cylindrical piece of solid styrofoam (I think?) but much firmer. I purchased this to do PT exercises for my SI joint and it's working great. I picked the lime green color because it looked cheerful (when healing from an injury, everything helps lol...). It's kind of a light lime green and just the right amount of cheeriness for me. This brand was recommended to me by a physical therapist so that factored into my decision to purchase it as well.
