Q: Where do we purchase the oil scent ?

Q: I want to make sure that this does not use any water whatsoever and if you can use any essential oil with it. any brand and or bottle?

This diffuser is waterless. Please use 100% pure essential oil, 10 ml or 15 ml bottle.

Q: is this little contraption as loud as the video posted in the last photo reel?

Mine is whisper quiet. When you first turn it on, there is about 30 seconds where what I assume is a pump creating an airtight seal on the essential oil bottle. But it’s nearly silent. Then, depending on the settings, it turns on briefly every few minutes to expel the aromatic vapor. But again, whisper quiet. As for people saying the scent isn’t strong enough, I can’t speak for them. But my experience is that even on the lowest setting, the scent is adequately strong in my 14x16 office. And the product works as advertised. I run mine for a few hours every day. After 2 weeks there is still about 90% oil still in the bottle. You get your money’s worth!

Q: How do you get it to not disperse the essential oil onto the surface it sits on (like a wood bedside table)? Its ruined mine, am i missing something?

It sounds like you may have a similar problem to what I was having. First I would recommend that you set the amount of essential oil that is being dispersed to the lowest level (the button on the far left- the lowest sectional of the dial should be selected). Secondly, I would recommend purchasing a stand or a placemat that you can put underneath it. For mine I bought a decorative acrylic plate and placed it on top. Best part is it doesn’t look bad, and I can set it anywhere I want as well. It’s also easy to clean the surrounding surface this way. Unfortunately because essential oil is heavier than the air surrounding it and it’s not being diluted like a normal water diffuser I don’t think there’s any other way around this. Hope this helps.
