Is it reliable? A question to someone who's had it for a while.

I’ve only had mine since the beginning of October. I haven’t had any problems with it, are have used it quite a few times already. It has pretty good power and it’s not that loud. I really like the battery life meter. This unit really saves on your back. So much easier for sure.

Is this safe to use on LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile)?

Yes, it has multiple cleaning pads to choose from. I use it on my vinyl floor.
