Batteries work great for what I needed it for. No more going through AA batteries. Fit great and compatible with my 1708, and 1914 model remotes.

Came a day early with all pieces works fine. Comes with a cable but no box so make sure you have some kind of USB plug. Works fine with my xbox controllers. Have used one for 2 days now with no issue and still has charge left, great product 👍

This is high quality and I’m loving it so far! But I’ve seen some reviews that I can easily understand why they are having some issues. Light flickering/odd behavior - this is a high power battery charger so you can’t plug this into your Xbox or the wall puck that came with your cell phone, as those are only 1 amp or less. You need a wall puck that does at least 3 amps. Controller won’t turn on/ battery stuck - the battery has an orientation, you can’t just throw it in. And this is actually a good thing. Pay attention to the notch on one side of the battery, it fits into a notch in the battery well of the controller. If you get that backwards it’s going to take a lot of force to insert and then it will be tough to remove, and also the controller will not turn on. Paying attention to these 2 details, the device and batteries are fantastic. Very tasteful looking battery dock that nails the Xbox theme.
