My favorite blue pen at this time
I've been a "pen snob" for a while, and I have been trying out different pens trying to find my favorite every day pen. My requirements are fairly cheap (I tend to misplace my pens, so I don't to lose a $10+ pen), writes a fine or medium point line, minimal skips, no smearing, and can be highlighted without smearing or feathering. Bonus points for smooth writing and a nice blue color.At this time my favorite blue pen is this Acroball Pro Medium Point 1.0mm. The price is fair at about $1.65/pen, write a medium line, minimal skipping, no smearing, and no problems at all when highlighted. I've also found these very smooth writing, a bit better than my 2nd choice Jetstream. And the blue color is much better than the almost-black blue ink of the Jetstream. Highly recommended.

Not the same Pilot Acroball Pens !
These Pilot Acroball pens (with the different Casings) are NOT the same as the translucent colored casings that one buys in stores... They are Substandard... especially the Blue ink ones... they SKIP !!
