The Best 50 Crepe Recipes Paperback – September 1, 2001

I got this book to go with the crepe pan I ordered. For me it is perfect. It is a small size, which I like and tells all about the basics of making crepes, storing them, and has 50 easy recipes. I had never made them so for me it is perfect. And I am doing quite well with the making of crepes!!

I ordered this in conjuction with a crepe maker I purchased for my roommate back in February. He has yet to use it so I thought this would be a funny little gift to get him for Christmas. Served it's purpose. A bit on the small side, but good enough. I would recommend.

The book was smaller in size then what I expected, but has a lot of recipes. It also has large font so it makes it easy to read. The recipes are wonderful and simple. There are a lot of basic instruction for simple crepes and different ways to make a basic crepe. Then they give you more diverse recipes to embellish on the simple styles.

Seems like a free brouchure I've got at the street!I was expecting to send it as a gift to a friend who teach me to make Crepes but I dont think it will be a good idea!

Which is odd... I mean REALLY small, smaller than a 4x6 index card. Bizarre. There are a couple of recipes for crepes and some helpful information, the rest of the book is recipes, most of which sound pretty good. I didn't realize it was a dinky little book when I ordered it. Not really easy to read. I mean, if you needed a crepe recipe book to take with you backpacking where space and weight are issues... but this is going to live in the kitchen with my other cookbooks. So it's kind of unfortunate it's not 5x8 or so... a more or less standard size.Oh, well. Live and learn.

I have several books for CREPE recipes. This one is a very good one. It's exciting...offers lots of possibilities. The creativity does not end...you'll be inspired to come up with your take, spin on some of the DELICIOUS recipes offered in this book!

I got this as an add on to my crepe maker. The recipes are pretty basic and there aren't any pictures. It is also a very small book with small type. Not worth $5.99. Maybe $2.99 or less would be acceptable. Seems like they just found a way to pawn off a cheap book with a nicer product. This should have been a free book included with the crepe maker.

This book gives lots of different recipes for both sweet and savory crepes. The only one I had a difficult time making was the Mexican style crepe with the corn chips added. I'll have to practice on that one and will probably tweak it a little too.
