This is my first time for KITORY brand chef knife. I was surprised and impressed when I opened the box. For a detail-oriented person like me, such beautiful box and accessories are definitely a plus. It’s almost too beautiful to be used on food. It gives smooth and solid cut which makes the boring cutting work more joyful. I think it’s the time to throw away the old ones which I used for years. I have to cook so often because my wife she isn't a good cook...But any way, I am really surprise when I got this kitchen knife. A good knife should have a good grip hand and also a sharp cutting edge and this knife has both. The wooden handle I can tell it is made from a high quality piece of wood with smooth polish. On the other hand, this knife is very easy to cutting food without hard force. So I think this is a excellent knife with this price.

I am really happy with this knife. It has excellent heft, feeling very comfortable in the hand. The finish is exceptional. If Kitory made a Nakiri bocho I would have gotten that as well.

Great quality kitchen knife, comes with a bag but I won't bring it to anywhere. Nice package.
