Road trip helper!
This little guy was super easy to unfold and use. Not the smoothest wheels ever, but for my purposes that was perfect. I plopped an electric cooler into for our road trip and the combo was our little portable fridge. Does the job!

Foldable
I use this to bring in groceries. It folds flat, which is important, so I can put it in the car before my Wal-Mart pickup trip, to avoid extra walking to go get it.

Handle came apart on its first trip
This cart is a replacement for an identical one I had ordered a week earlier: that one was never used as it arrived with its handle broken, so I returned it and ordered a new one. When this one arrived it looked ok, and the little nubs that would hold the handle extended seemed to pop into place ok in the holes provided. One part of the handle slides into the other on both sides and is to be locked into position by means of a retractable button and hole. I did have my doubts when I noticed that the inner bars with the retractable nubs that slide into the outer bars with the hole were exceedingly short, but they seemed to lock in ok.I put approximately 10 lbs of art supplies inside (see photo) and tried to wheel it out of my first floor residence to my car when the two parts of the handle came completely apart on one side, even though I applied no twisting or torque to the handle. I attempted to put it back in when the other side slid out as well (as it was so short) and the little nubs disappeared into the recesses of the inner handle, making it impossible to keep the two pieces from sliding freely when trying to use the crate. I needed the cart that day so my husband duct taped the joint where the handles come together for me. I tried sending a message to the seller via Amazon, then when I got no reply I tried calling the number given for the seller. I've heard nothing in over a week. I cannot recommend this product as the manufacturer appears to have taken shortcuts with the handle lengths and quality.

Handy Cart That Gets the Job Done
I use the Olympia cart primarily to schlep groceries and supplies around NYC, and I'm currently on my second one. Before I get too far into my review, it should be known that I regularly exceed the designed 55-pound weight limit, and I'm probably rougher than most on this thing.HOW IT WORKS:As the description states, this cart folds and clips shut to a total thickness of about 3 inches. Once unclipped and expanded, you (i) fold down the bottom, (ii) pop 2 black reinforcement pieces out of the bottom of the cart, and (iii) snap those onto the left and right sides of the top of the cart for additional support. I can quickly "transform" the cart at the grocery store in about 15 seconds after my items are on the conveyor.MY EXPERIENCE:I bought my first cart in the fall of 2012, and I was living in a neighborhood at the time with very uneven sidewalks and poor upkeep during snowy conditions (see more on snow below). I regularly pack every inch of the cart completely to the brim (for a total weight of approximately 80 lbs.). I've also lugged it up and down more subway stairs than I care to remember. This particular cart has held up remarkably well through my "torture testing."By the end of the first cart's lifespan in the fall of 2013, I had broken three of the four handled sides on the top of the cart, the plastic mesh was cracked all the way down the front, and I had lost one of the two plastic reinforcement pieces. The final straw was when one of the front wheels came loose and went flying down the sidewalk. RIP, first cart.I haven't treated my second cart any more gingerly (although I live in a neighborhood with more forgiving sidewalks now). So far, I've cracked one handle, but otherwise it's held up well for about a year.PROS:-Lightweight (9 or so lbs.)-Ergonomic (molded handles allow the cart to be carried up stairs fairly easily, and it fits nicely under the arm when folded)-Relatively durable (I put these things through Hell, and they have performed nicely)-Unique (I get tons of comments from people on the street about how much they like it)CONS:-If you're rough on your cart and overload it like me, the plastic near the handles is apt to break (again, more of a user flaw)-Plastic reinforcement pieces can be misplaced-Doesn't roll very smoothly on surfaces that aren't completely flatSPECIAL NOTE ON SNOW:One additional point worth mentioning specifically: this cart is NOT particularly snow-friendly. (i) The uneven, snowy surface makes the pulling experience pretty unpleasant; (ii) the cart is low to the ground, and so the snow tends to pile up in front of the cart like a snow plow; and (iii) perhaps most importantly, because the cart's sides are plastic formed in a mesh pattern, items in the bottom-front of the cart tend to get a little soggy if you have a lengthy commute. Long story short, it can be unpleasant using this cart in the snow.Overall, I recommend the cart and will continue to use mine. If Olympia designed a new, similarly lightweight version that was sturdier and rated for heavier payloads (perhaps made of aluminum instead of plastic), I'd buy one in a heartbeat.

A portable shopping cart with durability !
I used to lug bags and knapsacks of groceries and my back would pay for it.... Then I saw this. Yes it is for tool but that is the reason I bought it. Many of the other ones do not hold as much weight. I have really put this to the test with heavy groceries and in the rain. It still holds up well. It is easy to assemble and carry in your arm. It rolls easily and really hold alot and it is deep. A real back saver !

Incredible Customer Service – Thanks, Gabby!
I received my product on time but didn’t open the package until about 3-4 weeks later when I needed it for work. Unfortunately, when I took it out of the box, the handle was broken. Since it was past the 30-day return window, I contacted Olympia Tools through their website, not expecting much.Within 5-10 minutes of my inquiry, Gabby responded with a solution. In less than an hour, she had everything sorted out, and a replacement cart was already on its way to me.I am extremely impressed by how quickly and professionally Gabby handled the situation. It's rare to experience such swift and effective customer service. Highly recommended if you ever have concerns or need assistance.Thank you again, Gabby!
