This tea is soothing, and beneficial for digestion. I like the taste as well.

Having it in a K-cup. Better flavor than green tea. I drink it plain. A sweetner would destroy its natural goodness.

Made with 10 oz water - had no flavor. Possibly package recommends 6 or 8 oz? It was dark & I didn’t try to read it.

Very smooth taste - not bitter at all

I received these as defective. Firstly, they were covered in Mate dust all over the inside of the shrink wrap. When I put them in the Keurig, it spills out the side of the Keurig and gets all over the place because the pods are stopped up or jammed in the bottom part where it's supposed to come out. When I use other Kcups like from Starbucks, Swiss Miss, Twinnings, or Green Mountain, they all work perfectly fine, like normal. But these Mate K cups have some kind of problem to them, like they're gummed up in the bottom of the cup and it all spills out the side. I tried reporting to Amazon to request a replacement product, but this item isn't eligible. So, if the seller sees this review, please send a replacement item that isn't messed up. I've ordered these before and they weren't messed up. But when I ordered this time they were completely defective.
