Very sturdy, cats Approve!!!
This is a pretty large sturdy cat post. I have 3 active cats....they all LOVE this tree.I've had two of them at the same time on the pole itself (18lbs) and wresting on it...no tipping at all. This thing is just awesome. Great bang for buck.Also, carpet doesn't shed...I appreciate that I don't need to clean that up too.

Well made and sturdy
I have 2 cats that are litter mates. Both female. one of them loves this and uses it frequently. The other has no interest in it at all and runs off if I put her on it.

My cat absolutely loves this scratching post! He's very picky about them, so I was very happy about that. It was very easy to assemble and seems to be high quality. This is very sturdy, too; my cat a large cat, so often knocks posts over because he's so heavy, but this one stays up. If you're looking for a scratching post for a large cat, definitely choose this one!
