波刃っていつ使うのがベストなんだろう？
ちょっと使いの小さめのナイフがあるといいなと思ってたところ二本セットでお手頃なので買ってみた 普通の刃の方は予想以上に鋭い切れ味。刃自体が薄いので素材に負担をかけることなく切れる。 握りもしっかりしていて濡れた手でもすべらず良かった。ちょうど買ってあったバケット（フランスパン）があったので これは波刃の出番かと思いつつカットしてみたら恐ろしくスムーズにきれいにカットできた。 ただ鋭いので保管に気を使う鞘があったらなぁと思う。 逆に波刃の方はパンを切るのに良いのかと思っていたがあまり出番はなさそうな気もする。 やつの切れ味が良すぎてそれ一本で間に合ってしまう（笑）
