HELIOS 2 Series Red Light Therapy Device - 300W Targeted Red/Near-Infrared

I've had this Helios Red Light Therapy Device for a few months now. Before buying it I researched Deep Red Light and Near Infrared Light benefits for quite some time, before then researching various models. I wanted a compact smaller panel, at least to begin with (This Panel comes with a power cable, but also another cable which can connect to other Helios Devices in case you want to upgrade your setup). I settled on this particular model as for its price range and size it is virtually the best one available in the UK. It is made to Medical Grade standard and you can really see the quality of it is exceptional. It also has a huge amount of positive feedback, I didn't want to review it too early on as I wanted to see/feel it's benefits first hand. It can be used with the fitted stand, or the door hanger and pulley system. I tend to use it both ways. The fitted stand is admittedly quite stiff, but I think that is a good thing. If I use the pulley system when I'm using it, I fold the stand against the device as it was when it arrived in the box, it doesn't appear possible to remove the stand but maybe you can?! Either way, it doesn't bother me too much! When using it you can feel the warmth on your skin like the Sun (The device doesn't even get hot to the touch after I've used it for twenty minutes!) The ideal range is between six to eighteen inches from the device. Goggles are provided if you prefer to use them, but they are black out goggles. I tend not to use them anymore, I just don't look directly at the red light. Although apparently red light can be beneficial to eye sight, I just wouldn't recommend looking directly at the light. It has been EMF tested to emit negligible amounts of EMF's, which is good to know. It is also quieter than I expected it be considering the cooling fans fitted. I was using the device daily but with the recent sunny weather in the UK I decided it probably wasn't necessary as I will have had enough natural light from the sun and will resume using it daily again when it ends. I think these devices are definitely beneficial for anyone. Thousands of medical studies Worldwide have been conducted into the subject, and seems to suggest that there is little to no risk but tonnes of potential benefits. Within a couple of weeks of using it, a few people at work remarked on how good my skin looked, before I even told them I was using a Red Light Device. (Red Light can help to rebuild Collagen, which declines as we age). I also had a painful elbow for about a year, which has now completely disappeared. It seems to have also reduced the small amount of belly fat I have, making it look more toned. I think this is because the Red Light/Near Infrared Light stimulates the Mitochondria and ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) in your body which regulates the energy of your body's cells. I've probably forgotten to include something, but I hope this helps anyone considering buying this device. Honestly it is an amazing device for a very good price!!

Stand very hard indeed to adjust. Its too stiff and has not improved with time.

Best red light product I’ve seen on the market - WORTH EVERY PENNY! I bought this so that I could work on some facial blemishes. The stand is heavy and sturdy - allows you to adjust the height and size as required without fear of it falling over. It comes with high quality eye goggles - also an adjustable band. Great little informative booklet, hanging accessories as well as another cable so you can plug several lights together. Already planning my next light purchase!!

I've had this for almost a year now. As a regular gym user this does seem to improve recovery time with any muscle strains and helps with aches and pains. My energy levels have increased too, even when consuming less calories during intermittent fasting. Its a small device, so can be position to target certain areas, and its a good price point for anyone looking to give red light therapy a try (that was my thinking anyway) I'm seriously considering buying one of the larger units now I've had this for a while

After using 2-3 times a week over a few months the fans not working and the device overheats, contacted the seller directly with no response, very disappointing

The stand is EXTREMELY stiff and difficult to move, to position the light. This would not be at all useful for someone suffering from arthritis in the hands, or similar impairments of their arms or hands. The lamp has TWO power sockets, but a mains cable with only one connector, and there is no explanation in the manual of the purpose of the second power socket. There are also a set of puzzling accessories, which the user manual makes no mention of. Examples: - an extra cable which has no mains plug on it, and has a male connector on one end and a female on on the other end. This could plug into both power sockets, which would be pointless. I can't even see a purpose for this cable. - a clamp-like bracket, which isn't a clamp because the knob underneath does not turn - a metal cable with screws on each end - a fabric cord, possibly to hang something from If I pay £200 for something, I expect the manual to be a lot more informative than the one that is supplied with this item. I feel as if I have been sold snake oil.

Ho acquistato il dispositivo per terapia a luce rossa Helios da Red Light Therapy ITALIA, attratto dalle caratteristiche tecniche e dalla promessa di benefici terapeutici. L'apparecchio in sé sembra ben costruito e robusto, il che è sicuramente un punto a favore. Tuttavia, l'esperienza iniziale è stata tutt'altro che fluida. Innanzitutto, ho ricevuto la lampada con una presa di corrente UK, un errore che ha richiesto una comunicazione con il venditore. Fortunatamente si sono mostrati collaborativi, promettendo l'invio di un adattatore italiano con spedizione GLS. Purtroppo, a distanza di 5 giorni (lavorativi), l'adattatore non è ancora arrivato, il che mi impedisce di testare la lampada e valutarne l'efficacia. Aggiornamento: la spina Shuko è arrivata dopo 10/12 giorni. Un altro aspetto che mi ha lasciato perplesso è la discordanza nelle informazioni relative alle frequenze della luce. Nella descrizione del prodotto online si parlava di 630nm + 850nm, mentre sull'etichetta del dispositivo e nel manuale ho trovato indicato 660nm e 850nm. Dopo aver segnalato la discrepanza al servizio clienti, che inizialmente ha confermato la frequenza di 630nm, ho dovuto fornire una foto dell'etichetta per evidenziare l'errore. Successivamente, non ho ricevuto ulteriori riscontri da parte loro. Quindi per chiarire la situazione, ho contattato nuovamente il venditore, il quale mi ha fornito delle schede tecniche in pdf delle frequenze (rosso+NIR)ma.... in CINESE. Ho quindi richiesto la documentazione in inglese, sperando di poter comprendere meglio le caratteristiche del prodotto, ma mi hanno risposto che non hanno altra documentazione, l'ho tradotta e ho avuto la conferma che le frequenze sono 660nm e 850nm e non 630nm e 850nm. Inoltre dai documenti ricevuti si evince che la lampada è stato costruita nel 2019 quindi ha già quasi 6 anni. In sintesi, pur riconoscendo la solidità costruttiva del dispositivo Helios, l'esperienza d'acquisto è stata segnata da errori e mancanza di chiarezza nelle informazioni. Al momento, il mio giudizio è piuttosto tiepido e resto in attesa di poter testare a fondo il prodotto anche se mi rimane poco tempo prima della scadenza del periodo per il reso. Reso che credo proprio che effettuerò a breve. Aggiornamento: Il venditore non ha più risposto ai miei messaggi. Ho provveduto al RESO.

The product has very high quality, I am super impressed. It also doesn't look cheap like other similar devices and fits my room elegantly. The light is very strong, so it works well even from a comfortable distance. I am completely shocked by the results, still don't understand how is this possible. I started to see significantly less redness and inflammation from the second use. My skin quality has improved immensely and my recovery time from regular microneedlings and peels is so quick and smooth. I am very prone to hyperpigmentation, the product has NOT increased my hyperpigmentation, in fact it has decreased it. Also I started falling asleep more quickly and my circadian rhythm feels better regulated. Additionally, my sinuses feel clearer since I started using this product. I am genuinely impressed and will continue to use the product every morning. I might even consider purchasing the bigger version too.

Very happy with my Helios light therapy device. Is high quality and at the lowest price I could find for the level of quality. I use it daily and I do feel it helps, but difficult to know in many ways. If nothing else the warmth on my skin is relaxing and healing mentally. Highly recommend if you are looking for this kind of light therapy device. One helpful hint for the stand is to put it face down and maneuver it from the back.
