I've been using this light to provide some color when I host karaoke nights in my living room. The patterns are pretty limited, but it's decent for being only about $10. Minor annoyances are that it makes a faint squeaking noise while the light rotates and that the "music" option doesn't work that well unless the music source is basically right next to the light (my speakers are down on the floor while I have this light shine from the ceiling above). Also, there's a bunch of buttons on the bottom of the remote that look like they control some sort of music player, but I have no idea how they work since there doesn't seem to be a way to directly connect the light to a music source, so I suspect these buttons don't actually do anything.I connect this light to a smart power outlet so I can turn it on via Alexa, but when you turn it on it defaults to flashing the lights which is kind of bothersome, but it's not a big deal for me to just manually change it to "Auto" mode or any other mode using the remote control.I see a bunch of similar looking lights listed on Amazon and I'm fairly certain that they probably come from the same manufacturers who just slap a different brand sticker on top, so I would just pick whichever one is cheapest at the time.

I love this thing. This just happened to pop up while I was looking for something else but I thought it was cute and later my daughter and I would have fun with it. It was cheap so if it was crap I wouldn’t be too disappointed. But I love it, and my baby loves it. I use it to distract her when I’m changing her diaper, lol, a momma’s do what a momma’s gotta do! This may be the best $10 baby item I have purchased. I know that’s not its intended purpose but it works so well that you can use it even to distract babies 😂😂The ball is little but it lights up an entire room. The remote is nice and it does have an auto feature so you don’t need music. The only complaint is my TV remote will turn it on sometimes when I mute the TV. Weird.

This light works great! Ive used it for hours at a time with no issues. My other complaint is that the photo depicts purple colors, but this light only has blue, green, and red. Also, theres a slight recurring lag in the light pattern, but it is barely noticeable.

The media could not be loaded.  Good value! Had the best Friday the 13th Halloween party with these lights. Works even BETTER with some added fog for a cool strobey colorful laser effect. Perfect for one big room per unit. The color themes are dope too. Music setting was trippy (in a good way). The remote is supes small, so make sure you tape that sucker down or party guests will kick it around and you'll never find it again. (I found it under my couch next day but still lol) 5/5 would recommend and repurchase. (The video was from my snap not the best quality and also it was Michael not Jason, you get the idea) I wanted to share to show fog effects with these lights. 🎥

Great little light for the price. I used it in my livingroom for a Disney Descendants glow party for my daughter and it worked really well. I didn't gove it 5 stars because in the picture it looks like one of the color effects is blue/lavender/fushia but it only lights up in green/red or blue/green and each of the 3 colors individually. Our color scheme was purple, blue and green so the lack of a lavender effect sucked a bit but the green and blue worked well enough I guess.

This is the second unit I ordered because first one worked great. Not so much on this second unit. Sound sensor has to sense a canon going off before doing anything that is music/light coordinated. That was my main reason for buying this unit. Disappointed on the sound response of the second unit I purchased which is identical to the first unit which worked great.

This was okay, it did its job.

We installed this above the trampoline. It's stayed outside for two and a half years, lighting the night throughout storms, winds, a lot of rain, and a hundred plus weather. It finally stopped working last month but I'm not mad. It literally was thrown to the ground a dozen times then lit up my backyard in folly.
