Excellent access door.
It did it’s job. I had bad experiences with access doors with springs as these would often get stuck and not close tightly. This door is great and goes flushed against the sheet rock. Make sure to use liquid nail when attaching them. Otherwise, the housing will come out of the wall when you open the door. A trick is to loosen the door latch. The hinges are tight enough that you don’t need the latch to clip in when the door is closed. This makes opening and closing much easier.

used on interior garage wall where exhaust port to exterior for generator was installed. Added a little knob for easier to grasp and open.

RV Utility Door.
Cut a hole and mounted the door in the skirt of my RV so I could reach under the RV and open the Holding Tank Valves.
