PowerSpa 7 Color-Changing 3-Way LED-Shower with Air Turbo Technology

I received the shower head combo quickly and was easily able to install it. The mounted shower head and the handheld shower worked great! For 23 entire hours and 3 showers that is. That was when the handheld shower started to lose light. Slowly dimming colors, to only red, to light red, to off. I emailed seller via their website on 10/2 and haven't heard back from anyone yet (10/14). I wanted to see if the seller could mail me a replacement handheld shower to avoid having to remove the entire thing, reinstall the old one, and go through the hassle of sending it back to Amazon, but it looks like I will have to send it back after all. Bummer, because I really liked this and after months of waiting I finally decided to go for and couldn't be more disappointed. I will say that it's has a pretty powerful water stream from both the mounted shower and the handheld even when they are running at the same time which is a nice surprise. I also think it goes through a ton of water despite the water rating on the package. We just bought a brand new house and I could let the shower run for an hour with the old shower head without having to move the temp hotter and it would stay hot the entire time. With this shower head my 40 gallon water tank runs cold in about 40 minutes. Not a problem for most people, but I have a large family and time wasted on waiting for water heaters to warm up is no fun. That's with only 1 shower head on at a time.UPDATE 11/12 - Nobody ever ended up responding to my initial email to the manufacturer. I ended up buying a new one and the handheld shower worked right out of the box and has been working great for about 2 weeks now. I think I just received a dud. Hoping it stays in working condition. I ended up returning the original one back to Amazon for refund - at least they back the items they sell!!! Changing review to 2 stars.

I really do like this shower head. The colored lights are fantastic, it has great water pressure, and the one I have does not leak at all. My only issue is the misleading product description. The whole entire unit is plastic. And not high quality plastic either, it feels like very cheap plastic. Certainly not chrome at all. It should read "all chrome finished plastic." So it is a touch expensive for cheap plastic, and it probably will not last very long, but it does work superbly.Edit 11.06.15Barely a month and a half later, and both shower heads leak PROFUSELY now. Nothing happened to it, it didn't start gradually, just turned it on one morning to a strong steady leak out of the bottom. Oh well, lesson learned, don't buy plastic shower heads

When I first saw it in the box I was disappointed as it wasn't metal, but looked like plastic. I installed it using directions that were excellent, and noticed the hose attachment was metal and very flexible. Liked that. Then I turned it on and it looks amazing and works better than my name brand shower head. Love all the options and adjustment of the power of the shower stream. I ordered more for Christmas gifts. Can't believe I am saying it, but just love this shower head! Update! I gave these to my three adult children. Instead of opening up the box I brought them up to my shower and gave them all a demonstration. By the next day all three installed their shower heads. I purchased these because they were unique with lights. All three love their shower heads. Not only do they love the lights, but love the power of the head itself. These new shower heads ended up everyone's favorite gift!

Product as described. Took less than 10 min to install. Saw a bit of leak when I did the first test. Per package directions I added in the second included rubber washer and tightened the diverter back on and leaks went away. No tools required for this product install. Only needed something to unscrew the old shower head. The teflon tape included was not needed at all. Saving it for another project. Excellent water pressure when using one of the heads. As expected it cuts down when both heads are turned on. No loss of temperature. Installed in my kid's restroom. She is thrilled and ready for a shower anytime!!!

"Lightweight" in this instance means plastic garbage that cant even hold its own weight up.All other shower heads that we found here on amazon were not able to be shipped to our address for whatever reason so we are stuck with this one.I guess the disco lights are ok, but when you have low pressure the only color they make is half orange half green and it hideous, none of the pretty red or blue tones that youd get with higher pressure, cause its powered by a kinetic generator and not batteries.The tabs that you should be able to press to adjust the shower flow/setting dont move unless its off so its a guessing game on which spray pattern youll get, again probabaly due to the rediculous generator they've fit in there.Instalation was whack cause they want you to screw on then back out a lock washer that is not strong enough to hold the hand-held portion up on its own.The only single good thing about this piece of light-up garbage is that it is the only shower head & sprayer combo that ships to 91950 this year.Best of luck if you get this.
