Delicious
I subscribed to this product to stock up for a rainy day or disaster. It is tasty and very convenient, I add it to all kinds of homemade soups. Lots of diced vegetables. Good nutrition, too.

Organic
The vegetables cook up nice. The taste is good. I like the fact it is organic. Should last me quite a while. I also like the different varieties of vegetables. They are somewhat bland. But put your favorite spices in and that should fix that. I have a low salt diet so I have to watch what I use. But I consider it a good buy.

Flavorful
Enjoy using this to flavor rice or as a soup starter. Good variety of dried veggies in mix, parsley I think too. It keeps if properly stored. Convenient for quick prep.

Organic dried veg blend 1st time purchase
I was looking for organic dried veggies for longer term storage. I thought I'd give these a try. I had homemade broth in the freezer - about 12 c. I used 2 cups of this veg mix to make soup. I could used much less. It was more than half the bag, which means it cost over $12. I added a can of tomatoes, beans and left over chicken. The mix reconstituted is absolutely delicious. And the veggies must be grown in good soil, b/c there was a sweetness to them, that only comes from veggies properly grown. I wish they'd give us some sort of nutritional information as to carbs count. They are to have a 3 year expiration day, but mine only had a year left.

Great soup starter
This is my go to soup starter. It makes a wonderfully colorful and flavorful soup when added with chicken. It's hard to find organic vegetable flakes that aren't mostly parsley. This has a good ratio of the various vegetables. This is a staple in our home and I use it weekly.

Tasted old and gave me digestive issues
I had high hopes this would be a great camping resource for future trips. I tested it at home first by making a simple soup. It tasted blah. dehydrated processed foods aren’t as good as fresh so I didn’t expect perfect, but this was kinda like rehydrating cardboard with mild flavors. I boiled it for 20 mins the first round and the potatoes were still solid and hard. Boiled again for 15 more minutes and they got a little softer but not like a regular fresh potato. Ate some and it didn’t work with my digestive system. Felt it all night and the next day-like a gut punch. Not sure if this package was old or what but I’m not willing to try again if this is a possibility. It sucks because I love Frontier products and buy lots of 1lb herbs from them with no issues. Now I’ll think twice about testing anything else but herbs from them. My digestive tract can’t take this again.
