Great for wrist injury recovery
I have tried several different brands to help recover and build strength for my wrist injury - so far this one has been my favorite. I have trouble bending and gripping with my wrists - anything above 3 lbs puts a lot of strain on my wrist joint/forearm muscles and causes me pain. This one was the one I ended up keeping out of trying $200 worth of other products. It's very stiff and secure (in fact I have to make sure to not tighten it too much because otherwise I cut off bloodflow) but it works great because of how sturdy everything is. The quality is very high quality and I think it definitely is worth its value.I can do Lat pull downs comfortably and seated rows which is way more than I could do before. If you're having issues with the grip slipping around lat pull-down bar - I added like a compression sleeve around the bar to give it basically a grip to clip onto (or wrap like a yoga strap around it) basically I created padding stoppers on the bar so the anchor didn't slide at all - just a pro tip if you are really trying to workout comfortably with injury and want to use it the same way I did.I'm not sure about wrist extensions yet since im trying to be moderate with my injury, but for any cable pulling machines it definitely adds support if you are recovering. Im sure it'll probably work for others who use it just for support as well. Sizing was okay for a woman, my husband tried the sizing too and it did fit him. The cupping can be a bit awkward depending on your hand size for it but it definitely gets the job done. 10/10

A great piece of exercise equipment
These hooks really do make a huge difference in lifting capabilities. Its surprising how much stress they take off of the hands/grip so you can really focus on whatever muscle or group you are working on. I use them for seated cable rows, and I had never really felt my back muscles the way I did after I started using these. Grip strength is no longer a limiting factor. My wrist are on the smaller side and they fit me perfect, but have room for larger wrist as well. I am very pleased, and the cost is very fair for the quality you get.

Good for injured lifters
I’ve developed tendinitis in my hands that prevents me from gripping, which is a huge bummer, because my back had never been bigger or stronger after 3 years of training. Sucks to suck I guess. For the most part, this helps. I’m a female with small wrists and when I first put them on and saw that they are too big to fit me snug because of the way the padding closes, I didn’t think they would work. After using them, I realized they don’t need to be a tight fit because when they are, they’re very uncomfortable and cut off the circulation to my hands and my wrist is taking the entire load.In summary, I like them because they allow me to do **some** pull exercises without making my injury worse. HOWEVER, I would NOT recommend these for anyone who is not injured or otherwise doesn’t *need* them. I can’t speak for how durable they are because I can’t lift very much relative to a man anyway. The reason I don’t recommend them is because it breaks up the chain of active muscles and makes any hypertrophy exercise such as single arm cable rows much more difficult to feel the right contraction because your forearm isn’t doing anything. That said, I haven’t had any issues with deadlifts or barbell rows, pull-ups, however, would feel better without them. That’s just my personal experience though, obviously buy at your own discretion. Don’t buy if your wrist is smaller than 6 in or 15 cm in circumference because that’s what mine are and they just barely work.

Great Buy!
Love these. They work and fit very comfortably. My hands easily get calluses from deadlifts, but no longer do I have to worry about that.

Very Effective & Works Great
Works great and the fit is very snug and comfortable! I tore a tendon in my left hand and am unable to close my fist and grip. I’m wearing a splint for the next 6 weeks, but these straps with hooks enable me to remain in the gym uninterrupted. Super thankful for these straps!

Threw them away
Update: My opinion of the product remains based on my experience, but the company did reach out to offer a refund so adding a star based on their customer service. These are junk. I should have listened to the few negative reviews before buying. They don’t grip for trying pull-ups and don’t work at all with a standard Olympic bar. I have versa grips and wanted to try this brand for making extra pull-ups easier, but I’ll stick with versa. I was very disappointed after believing the hype in these reviews and on their website. Shipping was fast which is why this got 2 stars. These are a waste of money in my opinion. I threw them away.

Great!
Very useful, helps me lift heavier at the gym without tearing up my hands. They’re thick enough and the straps are durable. I also use these to hang off my pull up bar to decompress my back, they’re safe on your wrists.

Best lifting hook straps
This is my second pair of lifting hooks straps. The first pair from a different company didn't last very long. The hook strap worn thru. Also there was no gripping on the hooks and I dropped a dumb bell on my foot - it slipped out of the hooks. These new ones grip extremely well and the strapping is heavy duty. I should get lots of use out of this pair. I recommend them.
