These tourmaline slices are AMAZING specimens, and are wonderful in color, polish and clarity. The outer edges are a lovely vibrant bubble gum/fuchsia pink followed by lighter pink, then grass green, then more light pink and a bright pink/peach center. The color zoning is crisp and well defined. Each stone measures a sizeable 14.5x11mm, and they make perfect mirror images of each other which look just fabulous as earrings! I have wire wrapped them in 14K solid gold, accented with a 2.5mm, AAA bright pink tourmaline rondelle, and dangled them, Lavalier style, from high quality 14k solid gold hinged lever backs. The lever backs themselves are 15mm long, and the total length of the earrings including lever backs is 1.75 inches!
