I purchased this product about 4 months ago, and I’m so glad I did. This menstrual steam cleaner is super easy to use and effectively sanitizes my menstrual cup. I highly recommend reading the instructions carefully—the steam gets very hot, and when you remove the cap after cleaning, it’s similar to a pressure cooker. Give it a minute or two to decompress before opening.Another bonus: this little appliance is compact and doesn't take up much space on your bathroom counter. A great investment for anyone using a menstrual cup!

So easy to use!!! All you have to do is put a bit of water, your menstrual cup/disc in, put the top on and push a button. This way feels more sanitary to me over boiling them. My disc looked brand new after one use I will definitely be recommending this to my other female disc/ cup users.

The product worked well except that when I lifted the lid off (at least 30 minutes after the steaming was done) there was some liquid left, and it spilled out. It seems that the excess water was clinging to the walls of the steamer, so when I pulled the lid off, it went down the walls and spilled. I may have put too much water in (though it was about half of what you could put in the middle), so I will try that next time. All in all, I think it is good for the price!

Love it. I have been using an old tea kettle to boil my cup for years. This works great!

Works well. I have been using for months now and have no problem. Sterilizes pretty quick too. I usually get off work and put my cup in there while I get winded down and by time I get out of the shower it’s finished. Be careful tho when taking it out it’s HOT

Wish I loved this just didn’t feel comfortable without an automatic shut off, I tend to start something and forget about it!

Exactly what I needed

The lid is too hard to get off. If you're gonna set and forget and wait until everything has cooled down, great! But the lid is VERY hot and difficult to get off right after it's finished. Light/heat turns off automatically, but the button is still pushed in, so remember to unpush it. Use only a tablespoon of water. Don't fill it up to the top- I can see it potentially "leaking". Look: I used to boil a whole POT of water to sanitize my disc EVERY month and I wasted so much water. For sub $20 and to have a sanitizd disc and a place to store it that's not a cotton drawstring bag- awesome. Just wish the lid had a release or something.
