Everything tastes better with this healthy oil
This olive oil is so lovely on roasted potatoes and other veggies. I love the subtle lemon flavor it adds and I appreciate the health benefits of adding more olive oil to our diet. I have been experimenting with brushing this oil on carrots, green beans, peas and more. Add it with a little seasoning and it is a simple way to add flavor to so many things. It is truly wonderful on roasted veggies, but I like it on fresh salads too. I’m a fan.

Fresh lemon flavor
I add this to lots of things. Chicken soup, tuna salad, cooked vegetables…lots of dishes benefit from a bit of lemon flavor. I don’t always keep fresh lemons on hand so this oil stands in nicely for a lot of things. Use it sparingly though, a little bit goes a LONG way.

Not In A Glass Bottle
Did not realize this would not be in a glass bottle. When I opened to smell, I smell plastic more than the lemon scent I was hoping to get. I went ahead and poured it into a glass bottle.
