Renewed and used product.
I received a refurbished and used product so I had to return the product

Used product with broken seal on the box and flash body.
The flash doesn't fit well with the camera, and it requires to re mount to make the flash work.

No softbox
I got only Godox TTL 685 flash and there is no softbox in the package. Will have to buy the softbox diffuser separately.

Very weak and pathetic plastic mount
My Godox TT685ii S mount broken 1st day of purchase. The shop where I purchased was kind enough to replace it for a cost of Rs 800 and warned me to mount it carefully. I thought it was my mistake. And I was very careful next few days and I saw within a couple of days again the mount broken. The product is made of cheap plastic. Don’t trust this product. The reason I found is due to 4 batteries, flash is not able to hold and I’m damn sure it’s not because of me that mount broken. Friends please don’t buy this product. You will regret.

Weak Plastic Mount
Beware, the mount is made of plastic not steel unlike others. It broke not even a week after purchase while fixing it on a light stand. I'm a professional photographer so there was no question of mishandling. Very dissatisfied with the build quality. The rest of the functions do work great though, but you can't do much with a broken mount.
