I purchased this Resistance Bands Set for a great price. I was a bit skeptical about quality until they arrived. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the set! They are sturdy, great looking, and have everything I wanted like handles, door stop hoop, carrying case, and workout charts. I looked at several resistance bands sets costing much more before deciding to purchase this brand, and I'm so glad I found these! My whole family enjoys using them. They make strength training fun and I can do so many more types of exercises than I could with weights and barbells. Very happy with my purchase!

I got these bands because I needed to be able to continue exercises from physical therapy at home since PT will end soon for me.I wound up liking these better than the ones at my physical therapists' office! They feel more durable, have more restriction (this is a good thing), and are easy to set up and put away! I just leave them out and on the door at this point because I use them every day!I'm slowly but surely doing more and more workouts from the workout booklet sent with them, and I'm 100% confident I'll be back in shape in no time. Such a great buy!

These are actually really great exercise bands, especially for travel. I am pretty strong, but the two bands with the most resistance were just too much for me. I think this would be a fabulous man’s travel exercise regimen. They are durable and they include all the accessories like ankle bands hand bands and a door thingy that you use to do a lot if extra exercises!

very nice product for the price I paid. I have been using it almost every day since I bought it. It has 2 grip handles, 1 door anchor, and 2 straps for the leg. The amount of resistance is good for these bands you can make it more or less resistant by adjusting the bands. Also, it comes with a bag so it is super easy to carry which I already did once. Overall very nice bands I would recommend buying these bands.

I have joint problems since I did a lot of oarkiur during my college years and this set is perfect for a nice total body workout that doesnt heart my shoulder or knees. The set is very affordable and comparable to brands like Undersun. It does the job and never snapped even If use it cold. I've been using this everyday for deadlifts, squats, lunges and for a total body workout. I would this again so I'll have more tension when I get to that point.

I really like the quality with which these bands are made, especially the stainless steel rings and carabiner, and I like how I can stack the bands together to add more resistance. I wish they were slightly shorter because I have a small room, but they do the job well! They come with a little instruction manual with a bunch of different types of exercises as well which I found useful.

They're incredibly durable for how far I've been pushing them. They're great for motility and warm ups, but also combining the bands for significant resistance yields a plethora of progressively challenging strength exercises as you can add more of the bands for the overload you need to strengthen and put on mass.Great product, especially for the price, highly recommended!

This was my first experience with resistance bands. I ordered them on a whim to give me a little different variation in my workout. I personally feel they are hard to use--especially if you have to add several bands to get more resistance. I have no experience with resistance bands so my expectations were probably a bit skewed. I had no luck attaching to the top of a door frame because my interior doors were not solid enough for that. I ended up attaching them to the wall in my building which made it more stable. I think the biggest issue I have is I am so accustomed to free weights that the resistance bands were such a variation. Even though this product did not work for me personally--which is not a ding on the quality of the product--it may work better for someone who is accustomed to resistance bands. The bands themselves seem very sturdy and there are a variety of resistance levels and workout options. For the price it could be an excellent option for a person looking for a variable resistance workout.
