After using it for a good week now it keeps letting go of the tape where do I go to ask for help does it need cleaning or why does it let go of the tape HELP ??? Really love this when it works I make sublimation tumblers daily and it’s lovely on the hands

I run a large operation and we ship out a few thousand packages a day using this tape machine - works well - the company honored their warranty for 1 faulty machine quickly with no hassles and i received a replacement within the week. Fantastic, i bought a couple more units and will buy some more during an upcoming expansion.

I. Thought this in August-2023, since September it’s been skipping tape, I thought it was just a glitch, but it is now October-2023 and it’s still skipping tape pieces. Not sure how to contact seller which is annoying, this machine is not cheap either.

I ship hundreds of bags per day in my e-comma and this auto dispenser makes adding tape a breeze. Unlike other tape dispensers I have used, this one is a tank and has not stalled or gotten stuck yet. It does exactly what it is supposed to do without issue.

This is a great tape dispenser. Really speeds up the taping process. Great value, I have seen these for hundreds more from other sellers.

Good so far, seems to work well. For some reason I thought it had auto tape dispensing which it doesn't. Still a pretty great little time saver especially if you don't need auto dispensing like me.
