Worked for me. Distributor-shaft oil leak fixed.
Cheap fix for the oil leak on 2001 Honda Accord (works for 1998-2002 accords). Also a relatively easy fix, but you should check youtube first to see if you're up for it. Very common oil leak on old Accords (and similar). Easy to mistake the leak for a top-cover gasket, but if there's oil under the distributor shaft, try this fix first. Easy fix and only costs a few bucks. This o-ring seems like a perfect fit, good quality. Certainly fixed my leak.

good thing. This o-ring is thicker
Wow it can in via USPS postal service in about 3 days on Saturday! Yeah ever since I had the car, there was always a pool of oil below the distributor. Why, I am not a mechanic, I just want to drive the car. The distributor o-ring was changed for about $100, then a few years later (not that many miles), changed again for $100! OK it's time for me to take it out. Boy those bolts are frozen on. Got them out. Boy the cap screw was frozen as well. Got it out. It was not leaking from the distributor, good thing. This o-ring is thicker. I see, there is a pool of oil in the engine distributor shaft, that's why it is leaking oil! So I will be using the original for now since it is still OK. Thinner but in my opinion (I am not a mechanic), it is probably better to leak the oil than to have it collect in the engine distributor shaft (dirty oil). But I am sure this one will seal it good! I'll think about it...Thanks!

Worked well with 2000 Honda Accord SE.
I purchased 3 sets of Distributor Seals kit for 2000 Accord SE 4 Cylinder and none of the O rings worked Because of small CS.This O ring was the only one that worked and stopped oil leak.

Seems slightly thicker than OEM
Good price, a little difficult to install seems thicker than Oem, but installed and small oil leak fixed.

Better Fitting Replacement
This is the oring to get for repairing you Honda Accord distributor oil leak. It's a thicker o-ring to provide a better seal. I had also bought another o-ring pack that had the inner gasket replacement as well as the outer gasket/o-ring, and the Beck Arnley o-ring was much thicker.

Does not fit 99 Accord
Does not fit 99 Accord ULEV, Hitachi distro. Oring is too big which cause distro to not slide easily in. Get the Felpro 72416
