ORDER: I ordered two sets of these brackets. Initially, I received two different sets (strangely, at two different times). I returned the one that was sent in error, and the first replacement never came. Then, I requested a second replacement be sent; finally, I received the second -- correct -- bracket after about a month.PRODUCT: The brackets are made of a soft aluminum, if you need to (and you will) reposition the height of the shelf arm in order to ensure that they are level, each time you do so the metal depresses. This depression both causes the look of the bracket to have blemishes and makes it harder to set the shelf arm down where you want it. Also, some of the shelf arms do not sit down completely horizontal (ie they are not exactly 90 degrees).OVERALL: I don't entirely dislike the brackets because they have a nice look, but with the order difficulties and the softness of the metal, I don't love them.

this is a cool easy to use system. Easier to move the shelves up or down a little or a lot, seams well built and simple.
