The throat is made of a weak band material which does not keep the throat wide open in order to capture max wind. Coupled with the fact that the three string attachments are not at 4, 8 & 12 o'clock but more like 3, 6, & 12 o'clock position, makes me suspect it will fail early. See the picture. Otherwise its an attractive product in the wind.

They use a flat piece of flimsy plastic to hold the windsock open..... and it doesn't work... I had to take cloth material apart and make a rigid wire circle to take it's place... I have purchased windsocks from other suppliers that use rigid wire... Ignore the words "USA Premium"...because it is not!
