The light is damn good, Came as expected and works pretty well. I liked the price and the purchase was worth it.

As I just bought a Webcam, I read reviews saying an ‘O light’ would improve your appearance.This product gave improvement in lighting, but you need better. The clip to hold it on your screen is poorly designed and comes off.

​​​I tried to use this ring light with an iPad, and it does a decent job of providing fill-in lighting as long as you are close enough to the iPad. I sat with my back to a bright window such that my features were all in shadow, turned on the light and I needed to be about 9 inches away from the light before it made it possible to discern my features apart from the bright backing. My face was, by that stage, very large in the screen but it was still handleable (by that I mean, not overly terrifying and not making it possible for other participants in the call to count the pores in the sides of my nose!).I had three main misgivings with it -1) not massively bright, so only really relevant in locations where you would otherwise be sat in the dark2) uses captive lead going to a USB type a plug, so only powerable from a USB power adapter or from the USB port on a laptop. I can't help thinking it would have been better if the controls for the light had been placed onto the light rather than as a small bump in the power cord, and that way, they could have made it get its power from a USB C socket, which would have been ever much more flexible and less prone to failure (captive leads are notorious for fraying and failing)3) the clip fastens over the top of the device from which you're sending pictures and I can't help worrying about the effect that applying a spring clip (even one that is sponge padded) to the face of the iPad may have on it - I'd hate to break my iPad screen just to make other people more easily able to view my face while on calls.If you routinely participate in video conferences in scenarios where you have to sit with a bright light behind you, then this is a worthwhile acquisition - otherwise, there may be superior solutions available

Gives you light at face level, so you can minimise shadow.If you're using a laptop raise up the camera level a little but putting the laptop on a box or some books and...you're a star! People are no longer looking up your nose or admiring your chins, they are looking and listening to what you have to say! Anyone who uses zoom or any kind of conferencing should have something like this.

I have had this light about a week now. I have never used a ring light and working from home due to covid, sometimes the lighting is super bad. I have vaulted ceilings so my lighting can be difficult to maintain at certain angles. This light has a really strong clamp and can clip on to the top of the laptop. The lighting is very impressive to be honest and this light works straight by computer usb so no external power source is needed. It can also display red and blue light. Not sure what you want that for, I personally do not need to use the other colors but its nice they are there.

Excellent quality and value for money. Sturdy and stable once set up, and it's easy to adjust to find the right light setting for that particular time and place you're in.

This ring light is really a game changer. I am job hunting and used to be very concerned about my appeareance during video interviews: with this light I look flawless and I can concentrate on the interview's contenents instead than on my face!

All working. Weirdly, the most useful thing about it is the clip it came with. Now I can mount a decent camera to my laptop for conference calls
