It simply does what it should do!
The grounding rod was very sturdy, solid, it was hammered into the ground with reasonable ease, the means to fasten a wire to it is very workable. Not much to say about a metal rod that you can pound into the ground -- I intend to connect this to a grounding pad inside the house. It should be perfect for the purpose.

Appears to be good ground rods
I've used a couple times to ground Ham Radio equipment.

works great
needed copper to ground pool equipment. Use a small sledge and 2X4 to pound into ground successfully

Great rod for hot wire
Purchased this rod for one of our portable electric netting fences. Used a hammer to drive it into the ground. Our ground is solid red clay and its hard to get things into the ground without destroying them. The rod didn't break, bend or dent. I've tried multiple other rods since we 6 electric fences. Most corrode, bend, break or don't conduct well with gator clips. This rod has been in the ground for several months and hasn't corroded. Keeps a great charge and I've pulled it out of the ground and out it back in 3 or 4 times without a problem. It still looks brand new. Even in direct sun and on days that are 110 degree or higher.

Sturdy and easy to install ground rod
Quality feel and easy to hammer into the ground, easy to fasten a ground wire to the rod.

Quite strong and easy to pound into the ground
This is a copper coated lightning rod. I presume it's copper over steel, since it's so strong. An 8lb sledge hammer had no trouble slowly pounding it into the ground. For some reason, the screw and bracket to attach the grounding wire are a couple inches from the end, and there's no way to move it closer. I was able to tighten the screw quite securely—so there's little chance it could get stripped. After attaching a #10 solid copper wire and tightening it very securely, I covered it in a corrosion-resistant calk, then pounded it further into the ground. I suppose I could dig around it to remove the wire in the future, but can't imagine why I would want to do that. This ground rod will spend the rest of my life buried deep next to my home, permanently grounding my little TV antenna. It's suggested to also ground the mast, but my mast is only a foot long and bolted to the side of my home, so I'm not going to bother. If someone can give me a valid reason to ground that, I'll consider it. But there are many other pieces of metal sticking out of the top of my home, like attic venting, which I doubt are grounded, so I'm not particularly worried.

Does what it says, does it well
At first I joked with my friends about "spending $20 on a rod to shove into the ground and forget about", but honestly, this thing does wonders for my antennas. My antennas were not previously properly grounded. This rod, coupled with 10 AWG wire, has made a load of difference on my SDRs, the noise floor is lower, the HF reception has increased, and some of the interference I was experiencing was weakened. There was a review here that said, when installing the wire to the clamp, to put the wire on the OPPOSITE side of the screw in the mount. I did that, and found it very, very easy, took less than 3 seconds to install the wire into the mount. Overall, it was definitely worth the cost. Installation was simple enough, I just used a normal hammer, gently tapping the top of the rod until it was buried. I also made the hole a little wider, and buried the clamp as well.
