I bought this product to use in conjunction with another amazon purchase to facilitate recovery of my left hand fingers after a stroke. the product works well and resistance can be increased by adding additional rubber bands that can be purchased at any store. i have experienced improvement in my finger gripping ability after a few weeks of use i do multiple sets of 30 reps each on each finger to build strength and flexibility.. this product will only work the flexor muscle group., work it aggressively, be patient the results will come
