Stitch Zakka: 22 Projects to Sew & Embellish - 25 Embroidery Stitches

This book is simply written with some lovely projects in it. Beautifully illustrated with some inspiring work. I would have given it five stars if there had been more projects i personally would choose to make, but still a lovely book to own and a great resource.

I could not wait to receive this book in the mail but was somewhat disappointed when I received it. There were some nice embroidery patterns, the quality and layout of the book is outstanding. But some of the projects leave a lot to be desired. I think there could have been better projects submitted. Some of them just weren't all that great in my opinion. This is a good book for beginners.I'm happy to have the book and will definitely make a few of the projects but with all the hoopla concerning zakka on the internet I was hoping that all of the projects would have that visual appeal I see on Pinterest.

The book is gracefully filled with many cute embroidery stitches.Zakka has other books, as good as this.I like handcrafts and always buy books at Amazon, but I ONLY buy if I can see it previously, with the facility of "Look inside".I think I have about 30 books like this, which were bought with the same way: first I see, after I buy.And all of them come to me faster than it's supposed to arrive, and very well packed.

i enjoyed reading this and it has some good projects, instructions and detail which I am sure other readers will find useful

I have bought three Zakka project books and i love this the best as all of the projects have their merits for their function and i can see myself making them. They are all clearly written in their instructions which makes them very achievable for those with modest sewing skills or beginners. Go for it!
