Didn't work
I catch crayfish in Northern Michigan and my old circular trap which worked awesome broke after many years of use. I thought this one looked good, but it wouldn't hold the crayfish. They would just take the bait and escape. The trap doors are held together by plastic ties and if there is any water movement they sway open and let out the crayfish.

It works Great!
The crawfish trap works great! i only have a few recommendations to make a better and perfect product, i fish in caribean waters in Central America, in Honduras. We have tons of crawfish in our waters. and this is is my recommendation, it would be great if there is a bigger trap, with a more heavier body so that it would stay better in the bottom of the body water where it will be placed, if there is a bigger Protoco Crawfish trap, please let me know at my email [email protected] i will be waiting gladly any info, Best Reagards,

Nice trap.
I like the size and bait holder feature. I would like to see rolled metal connectors instead of plastic zip tie connectors. But over all a great product.
