Good product. Will use it again and it will now be a part of my cold/flu regiment from now on. While ill with pnamonina this year, around the second week of September, I read about this product. It was quite unusual for me to immediately get hit so hard and fast with a cold/pnamonina so early in the season, let alone to become sick with pnamonina (which I have never had before in my life). Usually, prior to the on-set of the cold/flu season I would get my winter supplies, such as, supplements, soups, tissue, etc., yet, this year I was totally unprepared. During my recovery period from having pnamonina, I used this supplement to assure I would not relapse during the first few weeks that I had returned back to work and kept some on supply to catch the beginnings of any symptoms of a cold or flu (as you are to actually take this supplement at the on-set of cold/flu for it to be effective according to what I have read). Because I work within the health industry and aid elderly or fragile healthed individuals, being healthy and pro-active toward combating such infectious illnesses is important toward assuring my clients do not get these sort of illnesses from me and aid myself to be as healthy as possible around those I care for regularly. Also, I did not want to become sick again. Each round pill is individually packaged in a foil container sleeve that comes within a box. There are two foil container sleeves within each box. I recommend to get a few packages, not just one box, when taking this supplement upon the on-set of a cold or flu to be better prepared to take dosage recommendations to better combat winter illnesses, as dosage amount is recommended to take 6 per day. The flavor is quite pleasing to the taste, a berry flavor, and is quite soothing to the throat to relieve soreness. After taking this desolvable supplement, I felt a bit better after taking as well. I did notice that this product seems to aid with coughing and did not prevent coughing. I feel the coughing was necessary for especially myself as I had been recovering from pnamonina and needed to expel any infection within my mucus. This supplement is to melt within your mouth, and is not to be sallowed. I read that using this supplement at the on-set of cold/flu it is designed to minimize the length of the illness and aid toward recovery time faster than if you do not use this supplement. Along with using this supplement, I also used Echinacea (to boost immune system), and Golden Seal Root (for mucus and immune system). This product works for me and I am certain that if I did not use this product during the first few weeks of my recovery from being so ill, I feel a relapse would have happened because immediately when returning back to work, I worked 6 days a week. Also, I feel I am unable to recommend any medically related product because I am not a medical doctor, and with taking any new supplement is is always best to consult your health care professional before adding any new supplement to your health care regeime. For myself, I will continue to use this product from now on.

This stuff is the magic that gets colds gone before they start!! I am a teacher and I swear by this remedy. It was recommended to me by an ER doctor of all people! It works!!!

I swear on my life by Umcka. It will either prevent a cold, or if it's already full-blown, make it go away faster. This week, my roommate caught a nasty cold and had an awful sore throat, fever, etc. I started taking 3 tablets per day preventatively. Usually I catch viruses easily and get pretty sick but this time, I only had a slight tickle in my throat and a dull ache in my head and Umcka stopped it from going any further. Today I woke up feeling almost normal again. My roommate started taking them too and said her sore throat went away very quickly and is up on her feet again today. This was her first time trying them and she's a believer. Definitely follow the directions to continue taking for 48 hours after symptoms go away to ensure you're continuing to keep your immune system well-defended with Umcka. These are truly magic and I cannot recommend Umcka enough.

I was a little reluctant to try this medicine because it is comes from a root based plant in Africa and usually plant based medicine doesn’t work well for me but I needed something to get delivered faster to me and this product was available to be delivered in a few hours. Not to mention i like the fact they were chewable and hopefully tasty and they are!!! So I was willing to risk it and I’m glad I did. It may take a little longer to work but it gave me many hours of relief! I was able to sleep at night and take them during the day and still function well. Taking big pills when your throat is sore is almost impossible for me. Btw warm water with kosher salt is the ticket for relief and healing of a sore throat. Use it like mouthwash and do it several times. Friendly customer advice 😊

If feeling a scratchy throat coming on I chew 2 Immediately then 2 more a few hours later then 2 more right before bed. 1 or 2 3x/day the next couple days depending on how am feeling. Best I've found to stop a cold, etc.

I love these nature's Way! Umcka Cold relief. Been using them for years. As soon as I feel any kind of a little cold coming on I start using it. If I'm going to be traveling I start using it. I must have in your home all the time
