Works really well, very comfortable
Really nice and light, tough, and comfortable. I chose this over the more expensive models for its superior battery life and ideal dimensions (for me): this watch is as large as I can go without it being clumsy or just looking silly. I'm very unlikely to use any watch for navigation and I didn't want to pay to duplicate too many features I already have in my phone. There's a bit of a learning curve and I still haven't bottomed it, but it's very well configured out of the box. I like the app, and measurements straight away inspire confidence.I should mention that I bought this to replace a G-Shock GBD-H2000, that I simply cannot get along with! With a bit of a discount, I think this watch is something of a no-brainer if you want a tough, fitness smart watch and you're happy with the tactical looks. Personally I rather like it, and I'm glad I paid the extra few quid for one with 'Tactical' written on it! :-D

Fantastic watch
Comfortable multi purpose watch. Has taken me a while to work out how to use it. Battery life is excellent and charges when I'm outside. I've only done 1 charge so far. Have recorded a bike ride and swim workout so far. Works really well. Pairs up easily with phone. Not used it for paying for things yet. Initially have messages on but got annoyed with notifications so now turned off. Easy to fathom out.Vibrating alarm lasts 5 minutes. Brilliant for waking me up every morning. ( Have a hearing loss so it's quite difficult to wake up with a conventional alarm) But this this watch is excellent.

The battery life is out of the world..
Robust build quality. Very comfortable to wear all day long. The amount of functionality is incredible. The best thing about the watch is without a doubt, the battery life 🤩

GOOD WATCH MORE APPS THAN NEED BUT I LIKE THAT
BIT MORE THAN I USUALLY PAY FOR A WATCH BUT GOT IT ON A PRIME DAY DEAL SO SAVED A BIT AND IT HAS PLENTY OF FUNCTIONS WHICH I LIKE AND ONLY NEEDS CHARGED EVERY 8-10 DAYS OR SO UNLESS I USE THE GPS FUNCTION WHICH I SOMETIMES DO WHEN RUNNING OUTSIDE ( GPS FUNCTION USES LOTS OF BATTERY SO MOSTLY HAVE IT TURNED OFF ) I LIKE THE FUNCTIONS AND I DON'T NEED TO CHARGE IT EVERY 2-3 DAYS

Loving my new watch
I have been searching for a smartwatch with a long battery life for quite some time now, and I have finally found one that fits the bill - even though it has a monochrome screen. This watch has everything I was looking for, and then some. One of my favorite features is the accurate counting of pool lengths, which is incredibly helpful, and I also appreciate being able to see the real-time solar charge when I'm outside. There are many other great features I could mention, but I think you get the point.

Very disappointed
I had high expectations for this watch but was left so disappointed I've returned it. It is lightweight and seems very tough but equally it does seems a little lacking in premium with plastic surrounds etc and is very bulky to the point that it was uncomfortable when I worse cuffed long sleeves, and even when not, as the sensor seemed to dig into my wrist. I'm not a body builder but equally don't have small wrists but the height of the watch means it does seem very large. Despite the size the actual screen size is somewhat small and is very hard to make out, it's very dim and I found myself struggling to see it, meaning I couldn't use it. It had LOADS of functions and menus and features but it doesn't flow well and I found myself struggling to locate things. More importantly it didn't monitor my sleep and the compass feature also didn't seem to work properly. The Garmin app on my phone works well and is easy to navigate but the watch itself, for me is lacking in a lot of areas. I have replaced it with a Garmin Venu 2 which is like so much more in every way than the Instinct 2, it is so much brighter and easier to use, records my sleep (not sure on the accuracy, but at least it actually records it) and is far more comfortable to wear. The Instinct 2 is obviously well liked by others, but I was left very disappointed.
