Can I extend this so the light is farther away from the buttons?

Do you want to add an extension cord between the button and the Andon lights? Unless you disassemble the product to extend the cable butt. We have a better solution: We can do custom production according to your needs, as shown in the video.

The buzzer looks like it has multiple settings available. What configurations can be set up? Red light with buzzer signal for how many seconds?

The Buzzer you can set No buzzer/with Buzzer, Low sound/normal sound, Intermittent sound/Comtinuous sound. Red/Yellow/Green/Blue you can set flash or steady. Flash frequency 60-70/min. You can watch the demo video, I hope it can help you.
