Does this have spotlights or take down lights?

No this unit does NOT have spotlights or takedowns so they will all flash. I would say you will need to go to a bigger lightbar to get those features.

How would I install the light bar that can plug into the cigarette port do I need to drill it how would I bypass the door?

The power chord is long enough to reach. I have a Ram 1500. I just ran it from the back window and to the cigarette lighter plug.

How did you route the wire thru the windows ?

I don't. I open the door put the wire inside the car and then close the door without opening the window at all. The wire will not mess up if the door closes on it.

Can the indavidual bundles of led lights be replaced.i have 4 sections that went out and dont light up anymore

No its a sealed unit. I had to purchase this one as I had a $150.00 one that most burned out. If you could get the bulbs they would most likely cost as much as this light.
