I decided to go with the Venice Pro because GreenPan advertised its Evershine technology as “advanced technology finish that helps keep cookware looking new for many years to come”. That statement is completely NOT TRUE!It’s been less than 3 weeks, I have used my new pans only 4 times and it has stains that won’t come off.I am including pictures of what is advertised and what really happens.I feel completely ripped off! I am truly hoping that the seller reads this review. It was so important to me to buy a pot with a surface that does not have teflon or other toxic materials. That is why I spent $100 for one pot. It is terrible. I have only used soft plastic utensils on the pot. It is already scratched after three uses. It doesnt come clean unless you use soft scrub because whatever you cook leaves a residue. I hate this pot and would return it but I do not have the box. It gets no stars.

The "performance" of the pots and pans is fine. However, the durability is horrible. The pans are pitting after 10 months. They are hand-washed using a mild detergent and a soft sponge, have never been placed in a dishwasher and we only use rubber or wood cooking utensils. Very disappointed based on what they cost.
