Works like a charm for me (in hot weather of Florida) I use 1 in April and 1 un mid July to avoid algae blooming due to warm water. 2 years without any algae !

This little thing packs a huge punch! We just drop it in and it helps greatly with keeping the chemicals in our pool balanced. It helps control the algae in the pool. It's well worth it's cost. You'd be spending much more on chemicals and wasting so much time!

Our pool never looked so good! We have our pool serviced weekly, we keep our chlorine and chemical levels in balance. Then after 2 weeks of heavy rain, our pool looked like a fishing pond. The algae was pretty bad. We shocked it and it slowly started to look better but not great. A friend told us about this product so we put it in our skimmer. Not kidding, 24 hours later our pool was crystal clear! Looked better than before the algae mess!

I love it. I add it to the pool basket when I open the pool and it clears the pool within the next 24 . Of course, I have to remove any leaves from the bottom, backwash the filter (san filter) first. Then I let the pool recirculation for about 6 hours ley mu pump to rest and then I let it filter. ( of course I add the appropriate amount of chlorine tablet on the skimmer) Im not a professional, second year I do this with Pool Rx and it works awesome. Before this I spend a lot of shock treatments and it was so frustrating.

Great to use will you pool to balance chemicals easier

this stuff cleans my pool so easily, keeps my pool guy too happy- he hardly has to do anything. Though you can tell when it stops working almost immediately. we change it every 4 months, 3 times a year.
