Nice quality supplements from jarrow as always!

This is a really good blend of all the KS with D3. Helped with calcified arteries.

This stuff is great for cardiac health, it is hard to find a product that my cardiologist likes, this one she swears by. It removes calcium from arteries and puts it in the bones where it belongs. My latest cardiac calcium screening came back as a 0%, which is great for someone who is in their 40's and family has prior heart issues

There are numerous combination Vitamin D & K supplements available. But this is one of the very few I trust to work. I like the forms & dosages of vitamin K for both healthy blood clotting AND arterial health (i.e. keeping calcium out of the arteries and heart valves, and in the bones, where it belongs). The form & dosage of vitamin D3 should be sufficient for most people's needs. Vitamin D cannot be efficiently absorbed and converted to its biologically active form without sufficient levels of vitamin K2 (as MK-4 & MK-7), as well as magnesium. Jarrow Formulas has really done their (scientific) homework. Jarrow Formulas has recently changed their labels, but the formulas are still the same exceptional quality. They've been one of the premier brands in the supplement industry for several decades. I highly recommend this product.

I like this product. Theres no fillers or junk added like some inferior products out there. I tried this product from Amazon sample offer. Pretty cool that I got to try this 60 capsule supply for $4 plus I also have $4 to use in the future on other supplements. I think this is pretty cool of amazon to offer, I think its only their Prime Members.

Jarrow is a well respected, quality supplement brand! I take this K2 mk-7 for Osteoporosis to help my body naturally rebuild and strengthen my bones (along with other necessary bone building blocks). But I know I can trust Jarrow and it's reasonably priced for the excellent quality.

Best K source I've found.... At least, that's how I feel about it. Not like one can see the results. More like you have to depend that they're doing their job. Why do I prefer this formula? One, it's from Jarrow, and they go through a lot of effort to come up with good formulas, and to ensure you are getting a good quality product. They are a company I've grown to rely on. Two, it's a spectrum, rather than a single source. Past research (think vitamin A, or E) seems to show much better results from a full spectrum of sources, so although my understanding on this may have me totally applying the research wrong (I see so much of that in supplement reviews), I do know that I've researched Jarrow enough to know they know what they're doing. My daughter was recently hit by a car... No permanent damage, thank you, but pretty banged up. I am making sure she is taking this daily, in order to assist her chances for the bones to heal up correctly.
