Earlier I have used STP injector cleaner which also gave decent improvement in performance. Difference can be noticed after minimum 100km highway drive. Definately something i'd recommend, i felt the difference in engine revvs and refinement. Mot much of an increase in efficiency, but the acceleration and smoothness was tangible. Every 10,000/- kms I'm definately doing this. Use it before refuling an almost empty tank.

I am using this on my kia sonet gtx petrol with full fuel tank after every 5-6k km as my car is already completed 35k kms, i can clearly see the difference in smoothness and acceleration, for mileage i dont see any major improvements, as it helps in removing dirt and sludge deposits in fuel system. Some people sugest it to use after 70-80k kms but it wont be effective at that time as the sludge and dirt depositions will be that much that you need to manually clean the system. Better to get it minimized from day one.
