This smells sooo good and makes my skin feel soft, smooth, and clean!

I have purchased this product twice and am just about to order another. I am so grateful to have found this 100% clean and toxin-free facial cleanser that actually makes my skin feel younger and cleaner than ever. I would never use another cleanser at this point. They have me for life. After having beaten cancer, there is no way I would put anything toxic on my face, and this cleanser, all the Luxe Beauty products, are a literal LIFE SAVER. The smell is excellent, natural but not stale smelling like most natural products. I am so grateful Luxe Beauty cares about me and about making clean products!

Removes makeup and cleanses face. I've been using this for almost 2 years now. Worth the price!

I love the way this cleanser feels. It smells good. It tingles just a little on my face and feels very purifying and gentle at the same time. Once a week I leave it on for 20 minutes and it's almost as good as getting a facial. A little goes a long way.

I've been using Luxe Beauty cleanser for years and have loved it. I've given it as gifts to family and friends, and they've loved it too. Unfortunately, in the last year or so it's difficult to get this cleanser out of the jar. The formula seems thicker, and the jar is a different design than the original. Even when I add water and hit the bottom of the jar against the palm of my hand, as the manufacturer suggests, it's still difficult to get the cleanser to pump out - and that action hurts my hand too. I don't know if it's the formula thickness, the jar, the pump, or some combination of these things. Disappointed also to see the price went up 40% from my last purchase. Despite these concerns, I do recommend this cleanser. I also, wholeheartedly, recommend their lotion... the Vanilla and Coconut scents are heavenly!

This cleanser works! Like with any other creamy cleanser, you have to use either cotton rounds, a face cloth, or let it dry for 20 minutes and massage upward like their videos suggest, and you'll see it peel/roll off with gunk. It won't do enough if you just apply and wash off, makeup and debris stay on skin and go into the pores, that's why you have to do it that way. I use high quality organic rounds with warm/hot water, and it all comes off! When I rinse the cloths, dark water comes out. Plus nontoxic, I love this brand!

I was looking for a new, more natural facial cleanser comparable to my Philosophy cleanser. I loved that the product allegedly cleansed, toned and exfoliated which is the reason I purchased this. Unfortunately, this product does not remove any makeup or residue from your skin. At first, I thought I wasn’t using enough so I actually washed my face twice, however it still did not remove any makeup. The next night I washed my face with it three times just to see what would happen and literally, it did not remove even a little bit of the makeup I was wearing. I am not a heavy makeup user and actually had to remove my makeup with witch hazel which is way less expensive and worked beautifully. Unfortunately, the pump also stopped working on day two as well, but this may have just been a faulty pump which probably happens once in awhile. I gave this product two stars because at least it did make my face feel a little softer and it was gentle.

I wanted to like the cleanser as i smelled there lotion at the store and it was great. The cleanser has too much lemon on it which irritates my skin.Update: I changed the rating from a 3 to a 5 star because customer service was great in addressing my concerns. If the product does not work for you they will make sure you are satisfied!! Thank you luxe beauty for addressing my concerns.
