This is a smart item. Very light and looks sleek. Down side is it could had been abit more louder.

Connected first time, battery life is excellent although it could do with more volume

The talk 25 was better this is worst version of the two. Sound is really low no matter what you do. Bring back the talk 25. Talk 25se not recommended.

I originally bought one in 2021, lost it recently and had to replace. The new one is not as loud as the old one which makes it a bit difficult listening to the sat nav directions in a noisy truck.Dead easy to pair with mobile phone and answer / close calls.

I’ve been using Jabra products for at least a couple of decades. They never let you down!I’ve tried other manufacturers headsets and for the price you pay and quality compared to Jabra products, you get better build quality, sound quality and better battery life.I’ve tried several unknown brands of a similar price range (around £20 to £30) and have been so disappointed. I’ve promised myself that I’d never buy other brands again. Some didn’t even last 2 weeks!Jabra on the other hand, they last a long time, my last one lasted 6 years before I noticed reduced talk time due to the battery ageing. And other sets are working just fine after many years of use.You just can’t go wrong with Jabra.

All good the only small recommendation is although the sound quality is great , the volume could be bit louder

Talk 25 took two hands to put over ear piece in place and not very comfortable for long periods. Not very loud even with controlling volume from phone itself. No indication when you are turning up just the same noised beep. Got very hot when charging . Item being returned.
