Excellent, casy to use for low vision people
This magnifying reader solves a major problem if you have low vision readers. Just plug it in and it works easily. One of the best birthday presents I ever gave myself. I use it to read recipes, bills, tax forms, everything I could not read before. The price is reasonable, too. Highly recommended.

Company does not back their warranty be careful - Disappoointed in Support and Service
It is a great machine when it is working. We purchased one of these $2,700 machines for my aunt who is 91 from Amazon in September 2019, it says it has a three year warranty, but Amazon will not back it now and we can't get a response from the company (HIMS) even though we sent them video of the machine malfunctioning as requested. It is a shame to take advantage of the elderly. My aunt is nearly blind and needs this machine to fuction. Very Disappointed in Support and Service
