I felt it is light weight. Would not suggest if you plan to fix a light and softbox for heavy use in front of client.

Ontworpen als statief voor belichting, maar ik kocht het om mijn laserwaterpas op hoogte te kunnen brengen. Het is minder duur dan het Bosch statief, en ook iets minder stabiel, maar wel bruikbaar voor do it yourself klusjes. I am super happy with this light-weight stand. It exceeded my expectations for the low price. I'm using it with light-weight cameras (Brinno, Insta360) for panoramic and time-lapse photography. It's ideal for me as I don't have to worry about leaving an expensive tripod outside for long periods. Build quality and finish is good. The adjustment clamps are simple plastic. So care needs to be taken not to over-stress or over-tighten. My camera set-ups weights are up to 500g and the stand handles this well. I use a make-shift sandbag tie down if the stand is being used outside and fully extended. If you are looking for something that is low-cost and lightweight, I would highly recommend. If you have a more substantial camera or heavy lights etc, you probably need to look at a more robust stand. Carry case is a bonus. Well done Amazon for another Brilliant Basics

Après l’avoir utilisée pour poser une lampe rasante, perche très utile et de très bonnes factures. Point positif: Rapport qualité prix au top, très utile facile le travail, l’accroche pour la lampe rasante est efficace. Point négatif: Paraît fragile au premier abord, a voir dans le temps.

This light stands are very good and stable budget stands for beginners and budget buyers like students or new starters of video or photo shooting. I will say that the quality is superb at this price and after examining it, I feel it should last for more than 5 - 6 years if used judiciously and delicately. JUST GO FOR IT GUYS!
