EASYTEST 7-Way Pool Test Strips, 150 Strips Water Chemical Testing for Hot tub and Spa, Accurate Test Bromine, Total Alkalinity, pH, Free Chlorine, Total Hardness, Cyanuric Acid, and Total Chlorine

I have found that the Hardness, Free and Total Chlorine, Alkalinity, and pH are pretty close but the Cyanuric Acid is basically useless as it is for most paper test strips from my understanding. CA showed zero when it was actually about 80ppm when I first tested. I have the TaylorK-2006C which is perfect for fine tuning your chemicals and shows far more precise numbers but it's also $125 so I only use it to get my CA and alkalinity. I also bought a separate electronic salt meter that shows pH, etc and the strips are close but when adding pH down, I refer to the pH reading on the electronic meter so I don't add too much. But for what they are these test strips are the cheapest and best way to keep track of your pool's readings.

After trying different types of strips and the apps that come with some, I’ve settled on using these. Why? They are larger, uniform, easier to read, accurate and sell for a good price. Simple.

My first year having a a 24 ft round pool with 15,000 gallons intimidated me. But thanks to these convenient strips, I surprisingly learned quite quickly how easy it was to keep and maintain chemicals levels at correct level in order to achieve safe, crystal clear, and clean water to swim in thanks to these strips. Process takes less than a minute and consists of dipping one strip in pool water only for a few seconds and lifting out quickly immediately showing what my pool chemical levels were at, so I could compare my strip to a chart printed on side of container showing exactly what levels I was at, and what pool chemicals I needed to adjust to keep pool water swim ready at all times during swim season. Comes with 150 strips which lasts me more than our swimming season in midwest.

Very convenient and reasonably priced. On the downside the CYA reading is consistently dead. The pool store CYA result was 25. The pH result was also significantly off.
