Works great! No blue led/ring as pictured though.
It works great! Some of the pics at the top of the page & under the Product Description heading show a blue ring and/or light around the reset button. This is not correct. Other pics without the blue circle are a better representation of what you get. I still gave 5 stars because I don't care about the lack of a charging LED indicator (you can tap the Alta HR or check the app to see charging status), but if that is a feature consumers are looking for, they should know it isn't here.

Works great until it doesn’t work anymore. Only lasted six months. At $6 it’s not a big loss…
Does what it’s supposed to do. Edit: Only lasted 6 mo. It’s only six bucks, nonetheless…

Great replacement
Product works well in resetting Fitbit.

Worked just long enough to get past Amazon return date.
Got to me quickly well packaged etc. Worked just fine until it didn't. I got about four recharges on my fitbit and then it was dead. I tried all the usual things for connectors etc but it was dead as a door nail. I guess a wire must be broken inside.

Stopped working at 6 months
Lost the original FitBit charger that came w my watch so bought this one as it was the most affordable. Stopped working right at 6 months. I’m going to buy a higher priced charger in hopes that will last longer.

Great product. Charges quickly. Would recommend this item.
The cable cord is short. Would be nice if they made a cable twice as long. Would still recommend as it works great!

Product does not last!
Product lasted less than 4 months.... just stopped working for no reason. Just changed my review to 5 starts. Contacted company and they immediately refunded my money.... so it is so nice to know that they stand behind their products. Will definitely use them again.
