Been taking these Spirulina & Chlorella tablets for a while now and they’re great. I like that they’re cold pressed, broken cell wall, and have no added junk. I feel more energised and just generally better day to day. Tablets are easy to take and good value with 300 in the tub. Solid supplement and I’ll definitely keep using it.

I’ve been taking 4 tablets of Spirulina every day. I noticed a small improvement in my digestion, but honestly, I don’t feel much change in my daily energy or routine. One downside is the smell – it’s quite strong, and I wouldn’t recommend smelling it before taking, otherwise it becomes hard to swallow. Overall, it seems like a decent supplement, but the effects are mild for me.

I like the product

I’ve been taking these for almost a week now. A serving size is 6 per day but, I read that some people can experience digestion discomfort so I started out taking only 3 per day, for the first couple days. 1 in the morning, afternoon & evening. Then bumped it up to taking 2 every morning, afternoon & evening. It may be too soon to notice some of the benefits, like increased energy, but I definitely notice better digestion, no discomfort at all. I also feel a lot less bloating, which could be the result from better digestion. They’re easy to swallow, I can take 2 at a time with no problem. You could probably crush them up easily too, if you wanted to just add them to a smoothie. These are pure, high strength, organic Spirulina & Chlorella, that also include a few other beneficial vitamins & minerals, with no fillers. You get 60 servings in this bag so, it’s a great value for a great quality product. I will definitely continue buying these.

Hab direkt den Unterschied gemerkt! Bin fitter und spüre, dass die geistige Aktivität und Merkfahigkeit positiv beeinflusst wird. Bester unverhoffter Effekt: Bin nach 2 Tagen meine lästigen Hitzewallungen losgeworden und mein Haar wird fülliger. Fazit: Es wirkt sich merklich positiv auf die biochemischen Prozesse aus und ich möchte es definitiv nicht mehr missen.

Über die Wirksamkeit kann ich nicht viel sagen. Ich nehme sie, weil ich viel gutes gelesen habe. U.a. dass es den Körper entgiftet. Als Unterstützung für die Leber daher sicher gut. Es soll wohl auch als Energyboost und für das Immunsystem gut sein - gut, ist ohnehin ein Zusammenspiel mit der Leber. Ich werde mir nach Ende der Packung eine neue bestellen. Es gibt keine Probleme bei der Einnahme. Es riecht oder schmeckt auch nicht komisch.
